Also, friends don't let friends skip leg day. Shoutout to my incredible flatmate Kevin for motivating me to walk all the way to the gym at 5:30pm (it's a long 20-minute walk through a dark forest, trust me) and staying there all the way until 7:30pm. He introduced me to some awesome competitive power lifters who were also some of the friendliest, sweetest people I've ever met.
Afterwards, we got some post-workout protein by making chicken with caramelized grilled onions! Instead of rice, I filled my dish with avocado, spinach, and shredded cheddar. :) Keto persistence!
